So many Santas!

We are daily amazed and thoroughly entertained by Caroline and Macie! They have done so much in the last nine months, we can barely keep up. In the last month alone, they have both gotten to be expert crawlers (Macie went through the phases of army crawling, yoga crawling, and now is onto traditional crawling to keep up with her sister). Macie is waving - all wrist, just like a princess :) and Caroline loves to clap with people. They are both pulling themselves up on everything and trying to scoot along the couch. They have even gotten the tv remote off the couch and switched the channel to Oprah, much to Mike's dismay! Caroline got her third tooth on Thanksgiving and is working on the fourth - I guess all she wants for Christmas is her two front teeth.... Macie and Caroline love taking baths, sometimes together, playing in their cribs, exploring everything, stealing toys and binkies from each other, and making the loudest screeches they can. We are having so much fun with these two!!!!

Thanksgiving!

We hosted Thanksgiving for the first time, the first one for Macie and Caroline, in our new house. It was wonderful and we have so much to be thankful for. Going around the table clockwise, you'll see: Macie, Caroline, Mike, me (Sarah), Uncle Steve and his friend, Judy, Gabe, Cheryl, Jonathan, dad, mom, and Tony.

Blocks box

Daco made the girls a set of wooden blocks as well as a box for the blocks to go in (one side says M and one side says C). So far, the girls really like playing in the box and getting rolled around. Thanks for the great toy!

Cheerios! Notice Caroline has a few on her shirt, as she likes to shove them in her mouth by the handful. Meanwhile, Macie may not be able to crawl fast, but she's got the pincer grasp down! Caroline's got those gross motor skills down, while Macie's been working on the fine motor skills.

Triplets?!?!

Well, Macie and Caroline seem to have found their long-lost triplet. Mike's baby pictures look a little too familiar!!!!

The Race is ON!

Two Cribs!

Our new next door neighbors handed down their crib to Macie, which goes great with Caroline's. The girls love laughing at each other across the way and pulling themselves up on the bars. And, this week has been the best sleep week in 4 months! Keep your fingers crossed that the trend continues!

That's it! Caroline gets put in the box for reckless crawling. Too bad she hates it so much :) Oh, and check out those teeth - I finally caught them on film!!!!

Macie is not far behind - these two are getting into all sorts of things while I've got my back turned (like eating leaves and finding doorjams). Time to get creative with corralling them.

Sometimes, you just have to let them be FREE! Macie and Caroline love being in just diapers.
