Best hand-me-down EVER! Thanks, Megan :) The girls are playing on it non-stop!!! Mike surprised the girls with an assembled swing set in our backyard when we got back from Cali - so fun!

Monterey Bay

Good friend from college, Emily, drove all the way up from LA to meet us in Monterey! We played at the Dennis the Menis playground (AWESOME) and then played in the tide pools. It was so fun and really gorgeous!

Macie, Caroline, and I decided to jet down to Palo Alto for a 5-day trip to see Aunt Linda, Uncle Jim, and Cousin Carly. FUN TRIP!!!! Since Mike couldn't go, I convinced Tina to fly down with us and get help on the plane. It was a great flight....

Whidbey - Useless Bay

Useless Bay in on the south end of Whidbey Island and has its name because when the tide goes out, you can walk for miles on the shallow beach. It was so fun to explore, touch sea anenomes, and collect shells!

Whidbey - our own personal air show!

We had a couple of air shows while we were on Whidbey - actually, it seemed like some fighter planes were practicing landing and taking off on an airstrip close to the house we were staying in. It was awesome! And, LOUD!!!!

Macie clung to Jonathan and eventually fell asleep....
