We took a boat ride over to Mohegan Island for the day, where we walked, shopped in the cute stores, ate a delicious lunch (I had crab!), and hiked up to a gorgeous bluff. It was so quaint and picturesque!

Waiting for our boat to take us back to the mainland! M and C are saying, "Cheeeeeese!" 
Macie and Caroline got a little confused on the drive to Acadia National Park and kept saying, "I wanna go to Cational Playground!" (I guess we do use both park and playground to talk about their playground at home -oops). But, even thought there weren't swings, they were excited to eat lunch by the mountains, go hiking in the packs, and play on the beach! It was beautiful!!!
Caroline, Papa, Mimi, and Macie at the overlook - they had strict instructions to keep a firm grip on the girls! We were way up over Bar Harbor!

Going through Acadia National Park, we stopped to have lunch at this beautiful spot and snapped a family pic. 
So, you can tell we really loved the beaches in Maine. Popham beach went on forever in the low tide and we all had a great time exploring it....
